What is Fit Camp Matrix? Fit Camp Matrix is a combination of biomechanical movement designed to help you lose weight fast at an accelerated rate. No class is ever the same. Fit Camp Matrix is a fusion of cardio, Pilates, Yoga and weight training all in one dynamic class. It has the flow of Pilates and Yoga with dynamic movement of cardio and weight training.

Our Fit Camp Matrix integrates Pilates, Yoga and Weight Training biomechanics – using your body weight for a lean sculptured frame. For your best experience, we encourage you to have a fitness consultation prior to commitment.

During your fitness consultation you will be given a postural assessment, fitness assessment and wellness assessment. You will learn correct form on biomechanical movements for Fit Camp Matrix to help in injury prevention.

We offer classes in specific and mixed levels. No matter your age, physical condition or athletic ability, you will be safely challenged.

  • After first 6 weeks you may choose to use weight training, depending on your fitness goals. However, we focus on quality of movement not quantity. We emphasize fitness progression.

You might not want to use weight unless you're looking to build mass.

  • You can meet your goals, whether it is to sculpt and tone or add mass. The choice is yours.

  • We have a great Online Nutrition Program* to help you meet you goals.

  • Personal training is also available. Be sure to ask about promotions.
