So where do I begin?
Your first 3-5 Pilates sessions should be private ones if at all possible. This will introduce you to the Pilates Equipment, allow the instructor to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and give you a chance for some goal setting and trouble shooting. This will familiarize you with the awareness and articulation of the movement, and philosophy of Pilates.

How many private Pilates sessions should I take?
Every person has a different background; there is not one formula for everyone. After you have taken 3-5 private sessions, it will be up to you and the instructor to decide if you are ready to move on to semi-private sessions (group classes). If possible, beginners should take at least 3-5 private sessions before advancing to semi-privates or tower classes.

What should I wear?
You should wear clothing that is comfortable for you to work out in. Try to avoid over-sized attire that would make it difficult for the instructor to observe your body during the session. You will never wear shoes, and socks are optional.

How many times a week should I do Pilates?
2-3 times a week is a good balance.

3 Reformer Sessions a week for 6 weeks $460 (18 Sessions)
