What are Fit Camps?
Fit Camp is Monday thru Friday at 7PM and Saturday at 9AM Private and Semi Private Classes are available from at 4PM and 5:30 M-F and Saturdays 10AM to 12PM |

| Tuesday | Movement Fundamentals - This is a true Core Fusion Class |
| Wednesday | 7PM - Fit-Camp Biomechanics (25% Cardio / 75% Body Work) |
| Thursday | Pilates Fundamentals |
| Friday | 7PM - Awareness and Self-Defense/Fit Test |
| Saturday | 9AM - Fit-Camp Zone Training (70% Cardio / 25% Body Work) |
Initial Consultation I give a consultation on your first visit. During your consultation you will be given a choice of the online nutrition for $10, the online personal training for $15 or both for 20.Included in the consultation is goal setting,a fitness evaluation, a postural assessment, and a choice of a Pilates work out or personal training, 2 weeks of the nutrition programming and or online personal training. Must RSVP for appointment. |
